The quoted rates are for:
Two Person - Efficiency Units
One to Four Persons - 1 Bedroom Units
Up to Six Persons - 2 Bedroom Units
Each additional guest is $15.00 per day or $105.00 for the week. Children 12 and under are free. Cribs and costs are available for $25.00 per week.
Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of $100.00 U.S. advance deposit per condo apartment, per week. Deposits guarantee accommodations for the scheduled arrival day, rental balance due at the time of check-in. There is a $50.00 fee with 30 days notice of cancellation and a $100.00 fee with two weeks notice of cancellation.
Our check-in time is 3:00 PM EST and check-out is 10:00 AM EST. If you expect to arrive after 5:00 PM please call and arrange late check-in.
We do not permit pets.
